About Us
Reflective School Support provides education support for young people who are unable to attend a full time school placement and need a bespoke programme of 1:1 tuition. We have a large team of highly experienced and professional teachers who all have enhanced DBS clearance and an excellent track record of successfully supporting young people with a range of social, emotional, behavioural and health needs. We have experience of tutoring many young people who are looked after, including some in residential care home placements and are consequently familiar with the routines and requirements of this type of environment.
Meet The Team
Craig Barnes
Craig is our quality assurance manager, he also writes all our tender submissions, teaches history and squeezes in as many bike rides as he can!

Deborah Barnes
Deb is our designated safe-guarding lead, she runs our core tuition, conducts some quality assurance visits and can usually be found working with Nala the cockapoo on her lap!

Kate Barnes-McCormick
Kate is another designated safe-guarding lead, she is in charge of all things finance, timetabling and contracts. Kate loves walking her dog Leia and being the bossy one in the office!

Connie Booth
Connie runs our Virtual School projects and quality assurance schedules. She is a whiz on the computer and is best at coming up with creative fun ideas!

Alison Johnson
Ali is Reflective School Support’s Special Educational Needs Co-ordinator, she attends EHCP reviews, writes reports and is always on hand to support our pupils, parents and tutors. Ali always has a bag of educational goodies!
